Appointments must be booked online. You will find the link to the online appointment booking system here. Please read the instructions carefully before booking an appointment.
Appointment policy: 7 days prior to your appointment, our system will send you a reminder email through which you must confirm or cancel your booking within 48 hours. All unconfirmed bookings will be automatically cancelled. Thank you for your kind understanding.
However, appointments shall be booked by e-mail for the following consular services:
- consular protection (for Hungarian citizens)
- child protection and cases of guardianship
- emergency passports (for Hungarian citizens)
- Hungarian citizenship, simplified naturalization
- permission for repatriation of a deceased body
- declaration of the intention to marry
Appointments cannot be booked by phone or email (except for the above).
