A great festival of Hungarian Culture took place in Chester with the support of the Hungraian Consulate Genereal in Manchester, the Chester Council on 14 May, 2023. The event was organized by the Hungarian Community in Chester, Beat Bazaar and other Hungarian communities. Many visitors have attended and experienced the wonders of Hungarian Culture and saw the live performances of authentic Hungarian music and dancing, learnt the steps of the Csárdás, had a go at playing a Zither and took part in a traditional Dancehouse (Táncház) in Chester.
